As a Logistics planner/employee, you ensure that our order flow runs perfectly from A to Z. You will be part of the beating heart of our logistics processes, where you will be responsible for the correct execution of purchasing, logistics planning, and the flawless handling of sales orders. This in close cooperation with the rest of the (small) team. With your logistics knowledge, you keep overview, identify bottlenecks and ensure optimal availability of products. You will also have a role in arranging and monitoring national and international transport orders. This way you are one of the links that ensures that our customers are always satisfied. Your responsibilities:

  • Arranging national and international transports
  • Responsible for correct transport and export documents
  • Supporting the purchasing policy based on the forecasts of the customers
  • Communication with various partners worldwide
  • Keeping track of the planning, identifying deviations and responding adequately to them
  • Invoice control based on the supplied documents
  • Claims handling of your supply lanes
  • Optimizing stocks.
  • Order processing in the ERP system

How does an average day look like ?:

You start your day with amical greetings to your colleagues on your way to and on the work floor. You power up your computer and while grabbing your coffee, you chat about the weekend, the latest updates, and what’s on the agenda for today. Back at your desk, you check your TEAMS and email to see if there are any urgent matters that need your attention. You immediately tackle the most important and pressing tasks, either on your own or in co-operation with your colleagues, ensuring everything is back on track quickly. Then, you dive into your daily tasks: checking ongoing plans, entering and processing orders, and ensuring everything stays on schedule. Due to the nature of your job, your days are dynamic, yet embedded in procedures that give you enough comfort to make sure everything runs smoothly and enable you to switch between tasks efficiently and with that keep the logistics processes accurate

What do you bring:

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level
  • Experience in working with an ERP system, Office and Excel
  • Proficiency in the Dutch and English language in word and writing
  • Proficiency in Polish language is a pre
  • Being able to operate independently but also being a teamplayer
